About these terms

These terms explain how we work with our customers. They apply to quotations we issue and roofing work we carry out, alongside any written quote or contract you sign with us. If anything in your signed quote conflicts with these terms, the signed quote takes priority.

Quotations

• Quotations are free, written and itemised, with no hidden costs.
• Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Prices can change if the scope of work changes or hidden defects are found once work begins - we will always explain and agree this with you before continuing.

Our guarantees

• 25-year guarantee on all new roofs and full re-roofs.
• 10-Year Stress-Free Guarantee on every new flat roof.
• Guarantees cover workmanship and materials supplied by us, and exclude damage from storms, misuse or work by others.

Payments

• Payment terms are set out in your written quote.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of completion unless otherwise agreed.

Access, safety and belongings

Please provide safe access to the work area, power and water where needed, and remove or protect fragile items. We keep sites clean and tidy and remove our own waste.

Liability

We are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
